TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates in national currency per room, per night, include 16% VAT and 3.5% ISH. Subject to change without prior notice. If the card is not approved, the reservation is subject to availability on the day the reservation was made. Reservation without guarantee can be canceled at any time after the reservation is made. Subject to change without prior notice. In compliance with the provisions of the law on the protection of personal data held by individuals, THE COMPANY may use the data inside and outside the country by natural or legal persons, for the maintenance and full compliance with the services we provide. THE COMPANY may retain the information in our database for as long as the applicable law allows for the purpose of sending information about THE COMPANY's services. The confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data is protected by security measures to prevent damage.

PAYMENT POLICIES

THE COMPANY will guarantee the reservation. If not approved, the reservation will be considered not guaranteed and may be canceled at any time after making your reservation. THE COMPANY is not obliged to respect the stay if the reservation is not guaranteed. If the guest does not show up at the hotel, the "No Show" charge will be applied to the entire stay. There will be an extra charge for additional people (over 3 years old). The maximum capacity of people will depend on the type of room reserved.

BILLING

Invoices cannot be made for services paid in previous months or changes to the invoice paid outside the month. This site has a space for requesting invoices or you can request it upon arrival at the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Any cancellation or modification must be notified up to 24 hours in advance, otherwise the first night will be charged.
